"It’s my last night in town, and I’m not flying home until this girl is flat on her back with her ankles up around her shoulders and I'm so deep inside her she'll never want another man again."

Hot, English businessman Ashton Pierce made a pact not to screw up his friendship with Justine ‘JJ’ Jenkins over a cheap one-night stand. Now, two years later, he’s going out of his mind with wanting her -- but she’s still off-limits. Now school is over, and his control is wearing thin. They've got one last night together, and he’s determined to make it an experience she’ll never forget. The one girl he swore off is going to have the night of her life. And with a sexy game of dare on the table, it won’t take long...

Well I have to say, that was one hell of a prequel!

The story revolves Justine 'JJ' Jenkins and Ashton Pierce, close college friends who have for the past two years fought their mutual attraction, in order not to ruin their friendship. With either no stranger to the casual hook up, early on they decided not to go there with each other. Now with Graduation upon them, Ashton's future holds returning to England and family obligations and JJ working hard making good use of her Law degree but not before spending their last night together. And what a night it is!

Cut to three years years later, having flown into New York to work on case JJ arrives at her temporary apartment to receive a mysterious invite.

Welcome to your wildest fantasy. Are you ready to play?

Of course I'm hoping it's from Ash and I can't help but echo JJ's response:

I feel a shiver of excitement. I love games, and I already can tell, this one is going to be fun.

I admit I put off starting this because I didn't want to be a slave to another serial, stalking release dates and suffering at the hands of cliffhangers. Roxy Sloane does not respect this. What is it.. 50 pages? I'm already hooked and wanting more already, well played Roxy.
