Still haunted by the little girl he let walk away, Holder has spent his entire life searching for her in an attempt to finally rid himself of the crushing guilt he has felt for years. But he could not have anticipated that the moment they reconnect, even greater remorse would overwhelm him…

Sometimes in life, if we wish to move forward, we must first dig deep into our past and make amends. In Losing Hope, bestselling author Colleen Hoover reveals what was going on inside Holder’s head during all those hopeless moments—and whether he can gain the peace he desperately needs.

“Fuck all the firsts, Sky. The only thing that matter to me with you are the forevers.”

In December last year we’ve met Sky Davis and learned her story full of grief, emptiness, heartbreak and hope. But every story has two sides and now it’s time for Holder to tell his.

How I love Colleen Hoover is uncountable. She’s makes magic with her words. Every story written by her is moving my heart in way I never thought’s possible. She’s touching me by using only her words and sometimes I think she’s cutting deeper than anyone else.

After I finished reading Hopeless I thought it’s complete and full filling without sequel, but I was wrong. You can’t say it’s complete without reading Holder’s point of view. Seeing Sky and her past with his eyes alternates the story and shows his pain, sadness and the fact his Hopeless.

Losing Hope slowly reveals Dean’s fear and frustrations. We know a little bit more about his past and family. Every scene is filled with his need to want to find his Hope: he needs her… like he needs to breath.

“What are the chances that the only two girls in my life I’ve ever loved… I’ve lost? It’s killing me piece by piece every single day.”

Holder’s fighting for finding his own way in world without two girls he loved the most and meeting Sky changes his forever.

“But I’m not falling in love with her piece by piece anymore. I’m in love with the whole girl. Every single piece of her.”

This intense and passionate story is pure perfection. Every person who has read Hopeless will love Sky and Holder’s story lot of more after reading Losing Hope.
