Summary:
From the author of the New York Times, USA Today & Wall Street Journal bestselling novel, THE EDGE OF NEVER, comes a story of passion and survival…

Sarai was only fourteen when her mother uprooted her to live in Mexico with a notorious drug lord. Over time she forgot what it was like to live a normal life, but she never let go of her hope to escape the compound where she has been held for the past nine years.

Victor is a cold-blooded assassin who, like Sarai, has known only death and violence since he was a young boy. When Victor arrives at the compound to collect details and payment for a hit, Sarai sees him as her only opportunity for escape. But things don’t go as planned and instead of finding transport back to Tucson, she finds herself free from one dangerous man and caught in the clutches of another.

While on the run, Victor strays from his primal nature as he succumbs to his conscience and resolves to help Sarai. As they grow closer, he finds himself willing to risk everything to keep her alive; even his relationship with his devoted brother and liaison, Niklas, who now like everyone else wants Sarai dead.

As Victor and Sarai slowly build a trust, the differences between them seem to lessen, and an unlikely attraction intensifies. But Victor’s brutal skills and experience may not be enough in the end to save her, as the power she unknowingly holds over him may ultimately be what gets her killed.

This is their story…

Review:

Killing Sarai have just killed me. I. AM. DEAD. NOW.

J. A Redmerski wowed me again, but this time I was so wowed I couldn't get up for hours. That's why I hadn't post my review earlier, so don't blame me! It wasn't entierly my fault!

Killing Sarai is 'Romantic suspense' and I honestly didn't know exactly what it means till the moment I started reading Redmerski' novel. So for those who haven't read something like this, Romantic suspense stories deliver strong and adventurous women, brave and powerful men and the life-and-death situations that bring them together. Summing up it's totall mindfuck and flying sparks and fireworks everywhere. And guess what? Redmerski' novel is better than fireworks! It's dynamite or bomb just waiting to blow your head off!
Which happens in every chapter.

Sarai is twenty-three-year-old woman who is hold captive by drug lord Javier. She's imprisoned from the time she was fourteen. She hates her nonexistent life and when she sees American contract killer and gets a chance to escape she doesn't think twice. She runs with hope this dangerous man will help her. Long story short everyone wants to kill her and the only person who she can trust is Victor, coldhearted killer who's as broken and damged as Sarai.

Victor's swoon worthy and scary as hell. But paradoxically his lack of emotions and cynical attidute made me adored him!

Overall, Killing Sarai is enchanting and powerfull novel that will blow your mind! JA Redmerski showed herself as an author from different point of view which made me adore her even more. This time her novel is not only for fans of romance but for those who look for adventure and life-and-death situations too. Definitely A MUST READ 2013!

Warning:
Killing Sarai contains sexual situations, violence and abuse.
