Meg is very secretive person. She doesn’t open up to people easily. Most of her past is tragic and painful and her friends don’t know much about it. Meg doesn’t talk about it. She feels she’s not good enough person to be friends with Hunter, Everleigh, Sam and Griffin. That’s why Meg hides her gritty past and hurts in silence. She also cannot forget about a man who made her heart beat faster and forget all about the hurt.
Westly is a successful lawyer; he’s a man who always wins and gets what he wants, the way he wants it. No questions asked. Now, he set his eyes on beautiful Meg. But Meg seems not to be able to forgive him for being a ‘douchebag lawyer’ who wanted to hurt her friend.
So now, Wes wants to show Meg that he’s more than a money obsessed jerk and finally have her in his bed.
Temper For You is third book in Genna Rulon’s series, that captivated me some time ago. I was overexcited when the time to read Meg and Westly’s story came around. I loved the previous books in For You series and I hoped I would feel the same with the newest addition to it.
And yes, Genna Rulon done a good job; Meg and Wes were perfect, engaging couple and I had fun while reading about their relationship. However, I can’t say I completely loved this book; there was something missing, I don’t know what exactly, but I just couldn’t fell in love with this book as much as I have with Hunter and Everleigh or Sam and Griffin’s. Still, Rulon’s book is full of everything I appreciate in romance; steamy scenes, great banter and some drama.
Overall, Temper For You is a decent read. It’s quick, it’s funny and sweet and the characters are very nice. The witty banter between main characters was awesome, sex was Hot and the additional suspense kept me on my toes. And although it wasn’t exactly a five star read for me, I had fun and I cannot wait for more!
