The really, really hot Irish rugby player who plays the position of ‘hooker’ in the RLI (Rugby League International)? The one with the questionable fashion choices leading me to ask whether he was the lovechild of a leprechaun and a hobbit? Suspended from his team, Ronan has come to Manhattan to escape the drama, lay low, fly under the radar. Only, Ronan isn’t easy to overlook, and he can’t escape the notice of the Socialmedialite…

When Ronan is sent to Davidson & Croft Media to reshape his public image, he never expects to cross paths with shy but beautiful Annie, nor does he expect his fierce attraction to her. He couldn’t be happier when her boss suggests pairing them together.

What lengths will Annie take to keep her virtual identity concealed? And what happens when the hooker discovers who the hermit really is?

L. H Cosway and Penny Reid should seriously consider writing more books together. I would definitely read them all. I have a feeling that this duo could truly shake the romance world not once or twice but with every new release. The Hooker and the Hermit is spectacular read. It nicely blended together hilarious humor, heart fluttering romance and complex plot. It showed only the best qualities of both authors; L. H Cosway’s fantastic writing and Penny Reid’s adorable remarks! I would give away my firstborn child to read more from them, so please God let the ladies consider teaming up for another book!

It seemed that from the very first page I was hooked. It was amazing; one minute I was reading first chapter giggling to myself and in a matter of few hours I was saddened to reach the end. The plot was sweet, cute and heartwarming. It had everything I appreciate in contemporary romances; witty characters, lots of laugh and great sexual chemistry. I felt glued to the pages. And damn! The hero was absolute male PERFECTION!

Ronan is hot, affectionate, sexy, dirty talking Irish rugby player. I loooved him to pieces! I was wooed by him. He made me laugh so hard and I literally melted all over my bedroom floor every damn time he said something sexy. It was hard not to let him charm me. And even though I know literally nothing about rugby or rugby players for that matter, thanks to Ronan I found myself believing I need to get myself interested in that sport. (So yeah I went little bit crazy with googling/you tubing rugby).

Annie, the main heroine didn’t disappoint me either. She was normal and not over the top but with great deal of quirkiness and snarky comments and attitude. She was very likeable. And so funny! I wouldn’t say no to being friends with her. She certainly would make my life interesting.

Summing up, I had so much fun while reading this story! It was AWESOME! I cannot find other words to express how much I enjoyed Ronan and Annie’s story. Like I mentioned in the beginning of my review, L. H Cosway and Penny Reid make a wonderful duo. I WANT MORE.

SEX! It all started with sex, between my parents. Personally I don’t like thinking about it, but whatever works for you is a-ok with me. No judgment. The sex happened in California and much of my life also occurred in that state until I moved from the land of nuts (almonds), wine, silicon… boobs, and heavy traffic to the southeast US. Like most writers I like to write, but let’s get back to sex. Eventually I married and gave birth to 2 small people-children (boy-6, girl-4 as of this writing).

By day I’m a biomedical researcher with focus on rare diseases. By night I’m a knitter, sewer, lino block carver, fabric printer, soap maker, and general crafter.
