My cock has an appetite.
huge and very particular appetite: Blonde, curvy, and preferably not a fucking liar...(Although, that's a story for another day.)
As a high profile lawyer, I don't have time to waste on relationships, so I fulfill my needs by anonymously chatting and sleeping with women I meet online.
My rules are simple: One dinner. One night. No repeats.
This is only casual sex. Nothing more. Nothing less.
At least it was , until "Alyssa"...
She was supposed to be a 27 year old lawyer, a book hoarder, and completely unattractive. She was supposed to be someone I shared law advice with late at night, someone I could trust with details of my weekly escapades.
But then she came into my firm for an interview--a college-interninterview, and everything fucking changed..

I'm stuck on you Thoreau! I've just had my thirst quenched by a scorcher of a novella.

Andrew is a high flying lawyer, unashamed lover of the one night stand, likes his talk straight and dirty.

Aubrey A pre-law student torn with aspirations of being a Ballet Dancer and internet friend of "Thoreau"

Never did they think there paths would cross... You just have to read it, you'll love it without a doubt.

Title: A Husband's Regret (Unwanted, #2)
Series: Yes, but can be read as stand alone.
Author: Natasha Anders
Release Date: 29th April, 2014
Rating: 3 stars
Cliffhanger:. No

Tall and thin, twenty-eight-year-old Bronwyn Palmer has become positively gaunt, a ghost of her former self. That self was—and still is—the wife of a rich, handsome executive with an ocean-view house and his own security staff. It was in that house, two years ago, that Bryce Palmer learned Bronwyn was pregnant with their first child. But Bryce’s rage over his impending fatherhood touched off a chain reaction of emotional and physical traumas that wounded them both. For Bronwyn, it meant fleeing the perfect marriage to start over with nothing but a precocious daughter named Kayla to care for. For Bryce, it meant a tortuous two years spent blaming his wife for deserting him, and living with the pain of not knowing his child. Now a chance encounter has brought Bronwyn back into Bryce’s life, both bearing scars...and neither knowing the whole truth of that fateful night that drove them apart.

Copy provided by publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you

The book opens with Bronwyn telling Bryce she's pregnant and him promptly telling her to get out. It was emotive and sometimes upsetting, reading of the struggle she went through before their reunion. We also find out more of Bryce's history and what lead him to make the dick-ish move of kicking her out and eventually redeeming himself. During their "reunion" of sorts we witness the conflict, the chemistry, the anger and passion. At times I found myself getting dizzy from there merry-go-round of a relationship and felt that one of them just needed to suck it up so they could move on. I have to say I found some of the language unrealistic and maybe even old fashion.. The way Byrce would send an "SMS" instead of a text message and the way he would reference her "pregnancy" irked me for some reason. Did I love it more than The Unwanted Wife? No, but it was good all the same. Would I read more from the series? Yes, Natasha Anders knows how to create a Jerk you can't help but end up loving.
